I have a true percula and false percula clownfish that are peacefully coexisting.
However, I want to add a bubble tip anemone to the tank.

Questions:
1. What size anemone should I get?
2. What are the odds the two clownfish will fight?
3. What can be done to improve the odds of both fish peacefully coexisting with the anemone?

Thanks.

K, if the fish are currently coexisting peacefully, the addition of an anemone should not disrupt that. As for size, personally I'd start with something smaller, as BTAs do well in captivity and growing it should not be a problem. The last 'problem' is a question you didn't ask, which is what are the chances they'll host the anemone. The answer to that is no one knows. Clownfishes will host many things, including completely inanimate objects, so there's just no telling. Be prepared for the BTA to 'walk' around the tank, my advice is to just let it be.

Be sure your tank has the lighting to allow the anemone to thrive on its own. With out proper light it will do nothing more than slowly shrivel and no one will be happy... BTAs are usually the easiest and safest to start with. Place them in areas bordered by high flow to keep them from walking...

depending on how small or large your clowns are, is depending on how big you should go with the anemone or anemones. If there is a conflict over one, you may or may not get away with two anemones... ...my maroone gold kept four for herself.
