on my 90 gallon tank I currently have two maxi jets one hydor nano and one maxi jet conversion running in it. I want to step it up, what would be a good combination for 90 gal. I have been looking at the new hydors and wavemaker , the vortech, and tunze stream with the multicontroller. what do you guys thinks about any of these.

Two Vortechs or two streams on a multicontroller is what I would do. I had a korallia and did not like it very much. On my 125 long I use a vortech mp40 opposite a tunze stream. The flow is excellent, even on a 6' long tank.

I agree. I use two vortechs on my 58 but in pulse so they run opposite each other. On my new tank I plan to run 4 vortechs eventually. On a 90 two vortechs or two tunzes. If you dont want to spend the money convert all the maxijets to maxijet mods, a koaralia nano won't do much in a 90 I use one on my 9 gal nano. I also use a nano and a 4 on my 20 L frag tank and am not a fan of the koaralias (sp?). It doesnt spread the flow properly on the larger models IME.
