Before anyone gets their panties in a bunch,..this is a 100% legally aquired and permitted aquacultured micro-colony of Acropora cevicornis given / permitted to us for growth studies ONLY!
Atlantic Reef Aquaculture does not deal/sell ANY Atlantic Acroporas, (i.e. cervicornis, palmata, or prolifera).

This is 66 days ,(of a two year growth time-laps) camera takes a single video clip once every 24 hours.
Sorry about the quality, it is a video of a video.-Dave

It's a proprietary video corresponding w/aquired data we are only growing the coral for the report/paper , the powers that be, (primary invesigators) don't want the whole thing out on the web.

Looking good. I see less and less of them when I dive in the caribbean although still much more then A. palmata. When I do see cervicornis pop up they seem like fast growers, but end up piles of broken rubble after a few years growth. I dunno...thanks for the video though very nice.

I knew if I posted this on Reefs.org Chris would show up like an Atlantic acroporid blood hound,..lol
I'm great,..What do you think of the video Chris?
29 gallon tank, my solid coral skeleton base, drop skimmer,..(air stone in overflow,..no other pumps but main recirc) and only small amount of food a once a day,(not a single additive,.. even for CA or alk).

Love it Dave. Looks like things are going well. I'm thinking about setting up a tank, I'll have to order some frags from you. :)
