Eh, even the guys who sells the cheap ass chinese knockoffs has great ratings, I wouldn't use that as an indication of how great a product is, in fact I wouldn't even go so far as to let that be an indication of what kind of seller it is.
As to the product itself, its hard to say, I don't see a brand name anywhere on it, not that it's really a big deal, but to me that screams knock off product. At that point I'd send the seller an email to try to find a little more about the product, especially at that price. There have been some who have questioned MH fixtures by "Odyssea" and the like and found out they're seriously undriven and not as advertised.
