I have a Euroreef skimmer. The air suction sound is a little annoying. Is there any ways to silence it without destroying the air flow?

Make a return using a durso tube design or and feed the water straight back down to sump this will also reduce evap and spray.

THIS may help, but I can't say I've ever used one before. Most small powerheads come with a venturi, airline, and a tiny air silencer that quiets the noise like this:

I don't know how much one of these will restrict your air intake on the skimmer but it can't hurt to try.

I just run my lines longer (and with thicker ID tubing ... e.g 1/4" OD). This does the trick and doesn't restrict air flow much.
