You'll have to upload it to some video hosting site like youtube, then share the link here. I don't think any BB software can directly host videos (not without some serious mods).
vBulletin has a hack that allows direct embedding of YouTube videos (and, I believe, Google vids). Seems to be some pretty powerful software, but nothing applicable to this place.
