I got a sea hare this past Sun afternoon for my 156 after seeing how well my other sea hare had cleaned up my other tank.
Put it in about 5pm and it was fine. Next morning, it was no where to be seen.
Since I had to go off to work, I did not spend too much time looking for it. I also know that my other one always buries it self or hide in a cave at night and only comes out much later in the day. Finding a sea hare in a 156 ia already hard enough.
Problem is that I still can't fine it this morning or yesterday afternoon. Used my flash light to peek into caves and all.

Is it possible that it die hours after I got it and the clean up crew got all of it in 12hrs ?

My NO3 is 2.5 but it has been a while since I last checked so I can't tell it this has spiked due to a death. The corals are all showing no change, suggesting NO3 has no drastic change. Maybe a dead sea hare will not impact the water quality much since I do have a total of 200 gal ?

What do u guys think ?
