I have had this Six Line Wrasse pictured below for years. I am finally ready to move him from the 29G I am breaking down to the new tank. He has been through a lot since I was new to the hobby when we first purchased him. My concern is the white film on his fin and near his throat. He is behaving normaly and has been the only vertebratre resident in the old tank for some time. I don't want to add him to the new tank if he's sick. Could this film simply be his protective mucus coat, especially since I had to coax him out of a large rock to catch him? Thank you in advance.
