Baking soda for Alk

Is baking soda good to use for dosing alk? I just started using Kalwasser and am open to advice.

Yes you can use it by itself which will lower PH, or bake it for about 2hrs at 325*F spread out on a cookie sheet, and use it and will not lower PH

Baking soda is fine for Alk, I don't even bother with baking it personally.

Also if you're dosing kalk realize that is basically a "2-part" solution, you get both calcium and alkalinity from that.
