Gonna pull the trigger at 2pm and pick up a 29g Biocube HQI.
The dude says there is only a few months clocked on the thing and he has since upgraded.
The tank isn't exactly what I am wanting but I figure I will get a plug and play type thing and see if I really want to commit to this sort of responsiblity again. Already I am second guessing myself when I think of vacations or the PITA of getting/making fresh water topoffs... then the battle to keep calcium in the water column... price of lights etc.
Corals aren't on the must have list though.. What I really want is an anemone and a couple clowns. I have never been what I would consider 'successsful' with anemones. In the past I had BTAs and kept them long enough for them to split and sell off the clones but it was always just a matter of time before mine found an intake or powerhead to wander into. I once had one take a trip down the return line only to get hung up in a throttled valve and thus caused my 90g to overflow.
Anyone see any major misstep in hoping to keep an anemone in one of these? It looked like a good option to me.
