Were can I get fake rock from? And part 2, how long does it take to seed it with live rock?

i guess it's all about ratio when you talk about seeding a tank. if you plan to put 90% fake rock and 10% LR then it would take longer to seed then if you used 70% LR and 30% fake. it's also a matter of how live and diverse your LR is

I will not necessarily just say base rock only, I am just looking for a multitude of shapes and sizes.
