Building Super Visits Our Apartment!

One of the AC units in our apartment needed to be unclogged and the building super was the only one available to do it. I totally forgot about the completely ruined floor around the tank!!!

Anyway he came up, spotted the tank, spent half an hour pointing at things and saying things like, "amazing" and "no way! that's really alive?"

When he finally noticed the floor, he asked if we wanted it fixed!!! Yeah! No yelling, no freaking out....just, "let me know when you want that taken care of."

I love our building!!

lucky you.i had my super come up cause my ro unti had came off the sink adapter,while i was asleep,he had to shut off the water 3 in the morning.i live on the 4th floor and the water got down to the first.

You are lucky to have such a nice super. Mine is an idiot. We had a small leak from above and after I left him two work orders he never called me or showed up 'till I called my building manager.
