A picture is worth a thousand words. Do you have any of the coral dip solutions, such as Revive? Now is a good time to use them. Frag and isolate them, so that you can contain the outbreak.
Simply placing them separately may be enough to keep the spread contained. Worst case scenario, discard any infected heads if you don't have Revive or if you don't have a separate running setup.

Check for euphyllia flatworms, they are colonial and move from piece to piece, also what do you mean by melting? Polyp bailout or what would seem to be bjd without the color/smell?

ive been in the practice of using tm dickinson witch hazel from walmart at 2caps per 24oz of water as a dip for 5-30m and has thus been successful at eradicating bjd aswell as its spread. There seems to be very little irritation to the coral aswell and i keep witch hazel in my euphyllia cure arsenal now.
