Is MR a legal business

My brother has been trying to ask Josh for his EIN aka TAX ID # for over 3 weeks now , the only thing Josh has done was Ban Ronen for this.

So now that Josh has been playing both positions, Lets make this public!!

You receive DONATION from members , you recieve DONATION at the frags swaps , WE all PAY TO get into FRAG SWAP, Vendors Pay for Forums and banners. and you sell from your MR store. Where does all this money go to ? and to whom


Since my brother did business with MR he needs the tax ID to send a 1099 for all the donation.

IS MR LEGAL BUSINESS , DO YOU HAVE A TAX ID # .

Deleting this will just result in another thread being posted. Until ther is an answer or you send your tax ID #.

It is a club, and being a club it is not required to have a tax id number. All of the proceeds are put directly into the site so therefore it does not have to be a buisness.

Hey is your "garage sale" a legal buisness, tri-pods right? What about Deepwater extreme? Do you collect sales tax on each sale? Do you report all of those taxes collected to the gov't? These questions might put you on the defensive but hey they're just questions.

Last I knew, you can't send someone a 1099 for a DONATION.

And as far as 'doing business' with MR, I don't believe he BOUGHT more than a vendor forum and a banner.

Does he send Home Depot a 1099 for all the plumbing parts he buys?
