Which reef is the best in cairns?

Hello everyone,
I love marine life, especially coral. I want to make a home reef tank so that I can make my living room look better. But at the moment I don't know what kind of reef is the best for my purpose. So I want to ask everyone to be able to advise me.

Assuming you are talking about biotopes like in freshwater, I would say in reef tanks we do not really go after that, especially due to the low availability of animals compared with existing species.

However instead you will find the following:
- SPS tanks
- LPS tanks
- softies tanks
- mixed reefs (with usually the SPS at the top, then LPS and softies)
