Well I was laxed with the maintenance on my remora skimmer and now I can't get the injector screw out. I contacted the company and they told me the3 following:
Hi Brendan,
Thanks for the message, I can help you out. Our old access screws are made
from nylon, which absorbs water and expands - we now order plugs made from a
different material, so this won't be a problem again. Send me your address,
and I'll get a couple of those new screws out to you.
As far as removing the plug, you have a couple of options. You can remove
the skimmer from the tank for a day or two, which will allow the plug to
"dry out" and shrink, allowing you to remove it with a screwdriver. You can
drill the plug out with a drill bit slightly smaller in diameter than the
plug, or even better, use a screw extractor to get it out. You can also
send it in to us, and we'll remove it for you. Thanks again, and let me

I replied and asked him if it was ok to post here or if they wanted the problems to contact them as they happened and he said :
