Need help!!!!!!!!

Super ich breakout has me stressed out.MY powder brown has it and I give him a day or two,even my Blue jaw trigger has a bit but not my Niger.I need to get them out for a while.Anybody want to buy them or hold them until I get this under control?Don't have a car so please come if you can.The powder brown probably won't make it unless he's put in QT right away which I don't have and no time for or the money.Any help would be appreciated.
