That's right I'm getting together a Social event where we can all meet and do a small frag swap, bowl and eat at the same time.
Location: Paradise Bowling Lanes 790 Yonkers ave. Yonkers,Ny 10704. 3 blocks from Empire City Casino
When: Sept 8, 2007 6:00pm. Changed. Now it's after labor day.
Directions: Here
Cost: $15 per person. This includes 3 games of bowling, Shoes, Pizza and Soda/juice. Pitchers of beer are $8.50. There is a full service bar and snack shop on premises. I will not be making any profit and will have Daceman and possibly a moderator to attest to it.
Parking: Free for at least 12 vehicles or more.
Why: This a good way to meet other members and take care of some frag business before the labor day and school season start. Also I will try to keep the costs down to a minimum making it an inexpensive night out, and here is the plus after we are done the night will be young and across the road is Empire City and Yonkers Raceway for those of you who like to gamble on machines and horses.
I will be able to provide transportation for 2 members from 215st and Broadway Area. Would like to meet there at 6pm so if anyone wants to follow in their cars. That's where i'll be at 6pm
Contest: 4 winners First to post answers will win Free night and only one per member.
First Winner: is the first poster. Chiefmcuz. Sorry Daceman family and affiliates are excluded from contest. If chief passes is goes to next poster.
Second winner: Must answer Correctly and completely. What is the hardest shot in bowling and what is the most sucessful way to get it. Answer will be sent to Chiefmcuz for fairness. If no one answers correctly closest match wins.
Third winner: Find five websites where you can find Daceman89's avatar picture. (I found them in less than 10 minutes)
Fourth winner: Will be the highest bowler of the night?
Pass the word to other members This is cheaper than some frag swaps and your getting bowling, food, and maybe some braggings rights, if you beat my 180 average... SO what daceman has a higher average, I'll take him anytime. There will also be music and we will play last game as Night bowling you know with the lights off and those weird lights that make all the lint on your clothes really bright.
If we Don't get enough people (1 dozen) I will have to reschedule or drop plans. Capacity is about 40.
