How Do Catch A Pistol Shrimp

I put a pistols shrimp in my 24 gal nano to stur up the sand under the live rock! It did a great job but Its been a long time since i seen my pepermint shrimp and also missing a blood shrimp the pistol shrimp had all my fish running scared, I want him out How can I trap it there is no way I am going to remove all my LR to catch him whats the best way to get him out do the sell small traps or can i build one

btw, why would you use a pistol shrimp over another type sandsifter? pistol shrimp known agressors toward other shrimp and fish...
