Need Help With Acrylic Tank

I picked up this acrylic tank today. I need to have the scratches on the tank buffed out. I'm handy, I can pretty much do it myself. But between work and family I rather take it somewhere and get it done professionally. So my question is, what company can I take it to? NY, NJ and PA is reasonable distance for me being how I travel back and forth to those states.

Hopefully those scratches are not on the inside…looks like it would be very hard to fix!
