How bout new forum for SALE ITEMS. I think that it was very beneficial to me at least about the Instant Ocean Sale. Especially for newbies to know where to get the best prices on things? Anyone can post stuff that is on sale or just a GOOD price.

Start a "best deal" thread in the GD forum. Sale items don't deserve a whole forum.

If anything, I think it should go in the For Sale/For Trade forum.
Thats about it, they're not a sponsored vendor or anything, otherwise who would make the judgment call of how much % off is to be considered "on sale"? 5% off retail? 10%? etc...

No one said that it has to be a set price. If someone sees a good deal out there, they can post and share info.
