does anyone know the diameter pvc i will need for plumbing an AGA 75g rr. i think i might get the kit or is it easy to find the bulkheads at home depot?

simply put no you can't find the traditional bulkheads at home depot. You can find parts and make them, though I don't think it worth the trouble. PM me and I can give you a couple extras I have laying around, or you can purchase the whole RR overflow kit.

It should be a 1" schedule 40 overflow bulkhead, and,
a 3/4" schedule 40 return bulkhead.

As the Monk said, HD does not carry bulkheads.
