Decent Brooklyn Shop for Goldfish?

Hi Folks,

I haven't plied the freshwater side of things for a long time and a friend just asked for a recommendation for a Brooklyn shop ( Manhattan would work too I guess) with decent customer service to buy healthy goldfish etc. Any ideas?

Randy, is brooklyn Pets in the slope still open? I think they're on 9th ave and 9th st. They had a bunch of really good freshwater stuff.

Head over to Delancey street in Manhattan. F train to Delancey st. They are the king of the goldfish. They also have salt water tanks.

Goldfish? For an indoor tank? If they want fish for outdoors I have about 40 young (6 ish inches) Koi looking for homes before winter.

A friend of mine recently purchased a pet store in Rockaway (Beech 116th St & Rockaway Beach Blvd) and he carries an entire wall of tanks of FW fish. Lot's of beautiful stuff.
I'm still trying to talk him into letting me put in a couple of SW tanks for us to buy from...
