salifert magnesium test question

sorry...one of them days....
i just bought a salifert mag. test kit...
and i have followed the directions....my test came out with a 0.3 on the syringe.....looking at the chart.....im at 0.30 on the chart? if so then i have only 1050 ppm of mag.?

im suppose to keep my mag at 1400 ppm right?
i have some seachem "reef advantage magnesium" laying around.......

my first time using salifert...makes me feel like a scientist:teeth: or a drug addict:scratch:
