The can even give me a bunch of babies, I have a friend who breeds them and have different typesHello,
I'm researching the saltwater side of fishkeeping, and I have a couple of questions:
1. Can one clownfish be kept with other saltwater fish?
2. Can two different types of clownfish (e.g., common and black snowflake) coexist in the same tank?
Thanks for the advice.Their no real rule on putting together clown fish. Lot depends on size of the tank. How long a pair been in there . Size of clowns and spices. Also the temperament of the fish. I just added two onyx clowns to very big female Spotcinctus and male Clarke in 55 and they getting alone great. My advice watch when you add them and see if they territorial and see how they react and going along. I did have a few not get along as well.
Plenty of places to hide. Good luck
