I've had my ~100g saltwater tank running successfully for the last 20 years or so, in various incarnations. Currently it's a FOWLR / fairly low bio load. By and large the tank has been rock-solid stable without messing with it a lot. I have loved the animal husbandry, marine hobby, livestock and the visuals in my apartment. It's all a custom-built setup. Historically I have done all the maintenance, repairs and reconfigurations myself over the years. I make my own RO/DI and salt water at home.

Over the last year I've (personally) had to have a few surgeries, and I just can't do the Heavy Lifting for a while, the tank has gotten out of hand (algae and parameter-wise)

I need some reliable help for some one to come out and revitalize things, get back on track, maybe coming up with an improvement / overhaul plan once things stabilize. I need a partner to keep things going. The tank was once a successful lightly stocked LPS / SPS setup, but family and job got in the way of water parameters. Maybe eventually back to that...

I'm in a 17th floor apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, I need someone local who can come regularly to start to collaborate with - might turn in to a regular maintenance gig depending on what direction the tank goes in.

Need local recommendations for good people that would be willing to deal with custom "hobby" setup and give me help with current situation and guidance for the future.

Thanks
