So I am going to be going "Big" for me 100+ gal setup after my addition/renovation.

I most recently had the gen 1 red sea and looks like after I sold off a lot of people ran into leaks and blowouts. Also, a IM30L ext and IM 40AIO while I thought I was moving south.

That isnt the case for the next 4 years at the minimum (sons got into a pretty good high end school) that would make moving south an idiotic, unthoughtful parenting decision.

So I have 4 years to build out the tank and then move it. Thats going to be a big mess!

WB was on my list but I just saw a response from their CS on a different forum not warrantying an obvious bubble in the bottom corner of a brand new WB tank. That sends a huge red flag.

So I am left with IM and Eshopps, I had an IM and the tanks are great. I havent seen many if any issues. I think my major issue with IM is their stands arent ideal and their sumps. Not as well packaged.

Eshopps Mariner m100/130 - I dont see enough reviews on these just yet. I saw them at the recently Reefapalooza in Secaucus and they looked good. Same price tag as the others but not enough readily available feedback and build threads that I could find. Though I was looking more at the WB tanks initially tbh.

If you were prepping for a new build, which one would you go with in he 100-150gal range while being "budget" mindful.

Having just spent $$$$ on a home reno/addition, I am not in the spot to go balls to the wall.

I have a WB infinia frag 100 gallon. I have no complaints. I've also had IM 14, 25l, 50ext, 75ext.
WB tank is great but the stand is not something I prefer, but it does the job.

IM good looking tanks, but I won't purchase again for personal reasons.

I've been looking to upgrade larger around the 300 gallon range.
I've narrowed it down to WB reef lx, planet aquariums, miracles, glass cages.

Cade makes a nice system as well. I was looking at the largest size, but I didn't like the fact you lose width on the tank because they have ATO section as part of the display tank.

I did see on facebook marketplace an acrylic tank 72x24x24. They were asking 1500$

Good luck with the search!
