what anemone for clown?

what anemone's are best to get for a tank raised percula clown. i heard that some anemone's go better with some clowns.

some wild clown fishes does better with some anemones. cause in the wild, they'r use to that. but i find anemones doesnt do any better, n in many cases, they do better without clowns.

ok i know im new at this so ill listen to the reason --- but i see all the time in great reef stores and crappy pet stores that some tanks have anemones and dont have any lighting at all except for regular room lites.

lfs also dont keep the anenome's for long periods of time, they will survive for a period but their health willl soon fade, you really need a min of t5's with a 4-8 bulb or mh

Like Rick just said, plus when they go bad they really go bad. They usually foul a tank pretty quickly.
