Marco Rocks

Any ideas on how to seed these Rocks with living organisms?

Buy some "live" rock from other people's established tank.

Tito, first you'll need to cure this stuff - it pisses yellow for a few days when soaked in RO/DI - make sure you cure it a little first and then ad some good live rock from someones system - get good flow and good parameters and it'll be live in no time.

MY sand is dead as well. Will I have to get some sand from an established aquarium as well to get live sand or will some live rock do for both the Marco Rocks and the sand?

Even if you dont seed iot, it will eventually become live on its own. It would just take a bit longer.
