it's been out for some time, it looks great and really reduces temp from lights with some great options, but it's still too new to know whether or how it compares to conventional lighting, ie mh, t5, vho, pc

but there have been stories of how they are prone to fail, not to mention this lil thing will set you back so far, you'll feel like your starting a beta tank
