Im planning to build a 75g reef lit with 6 or 8- 54w t-5 HO.Please post pics and info with similar set-ups.

A couple of years apart but always under T5's. This tank has never seen anything but T5's.

FYI, it's also a 75g.

how many bulbs and what combination of bulbs do you have?

This is a 6 bulb fixture.

2 - actinics (420nm)
1 - actinic + (450nm)
3 - Aquablue + (11K)

Amazing what you can grow under T5's

Right side of the prop system is same as swimmers tank - only there is one daylight bulb (6000k) and not a third actinic for growth.

My cube is lit by 8 t5s. I like the flexibility of lighting options, but its very difficult to capture the real look in a picture.

i dont have mine no more but here is when i had my 62g with 3 tek t5 retro's 36" i had 2 gies 11k's 2 gies antic pluc and 2 10k's
