Other than eating coraline and knocking stuff around, Are all urchins considered reef safe?

I just found this guy in my tank. (about a 1/2" long)

The best I can figure is that he is a 'rock boring urchin' based on the picture here..

I haven't put anything new in my tank for 4 months, and haven't noticed any damage to anything, so guessing he is safe?

Labeled rock anemone. Reef safe but a pain in the neck. they can really move around big rocks. Mine was about 1 1/2" for the body and was kncking around rocks that were 10" and bigger.

Reef safe as in won;t eat anything yes,
Reef safe as in won't knock a rock ontop of the coral on your sandbed no.
