How often and what percentage of water do you change?

Please post a pic so I can see the health of your tank, polyp extension algae ,Coraline, fish, etc.

Please don't reply if you don't have a pic.

OK I guess I should have not asked for pics, but I didn't post one so.
Well I've had a busy summer and mine have been a month apart, and the tank has never looked better(no pic).
When I was doing weekly to check it out and see what the outcome would be it was just OK.
Monthly has worked better for me so far.

mine has been the opposite, maybe cause i am running a heavy stocked tank and because of total water volume, but mine has never looked better, but then again this tank has only been running about a month and a half.

My 110 gets a 15 gallon water change every week.
Water changes (imho), are one of THE MOST IMPORTANT things
anyone keeping marine tanks can do for the health of his/her animals!

35 to 40 gallons out of my 155 reef extremely stocked mostly weekly, sometimes biweekly.
30 gallons on my fowlr lately because it is way overstocked.

yes great buddha.

I do weekly water changes for my nano.

6 gallon= 1gallon weekly. After a while I stopped doing weekly water changes switched to monthly, and everything still looked healthy...Less feedings performed though.
12 gallon=2-3 gallons weekly.

on my 45 gallon with a 10 gallon sump I used to do 5gallon water changes every 1+, 2 weeks. All water changes done with RO/DI water. Reef crystals for salt.

I'm experimenting with a no skimmer system on a 58g RR setup.
My main nutrient export is cheato, xenias, various corals and clams etc.
I test for nitrates 3-4 times a week (non-detectable).

Right now, I'm doing 5g changes once a month on a very heavy stocking load.
