Limewood, any woodshops sell them?

Anyone know if there is a place that sells limewood? My friend wants to use it for airstone replacement. Thanks.

Limewood is very hard to find, you can also use Basswood to make airstones. basswood is readily available at hobby and craft stores. Remember to cut it so the endgrain is on the side of the "stone" as that is where the air comes out.

check ebay. you usually can get small pieces for cheap.

I can't tell the difference from Coralife Limewood stones and my homemade Basswood stones. I just made 50 stones for $5
