I dont own that fixture but I have tried most of the T5 bulbs on the market. I like Geissman cus more choice of par and color wise(the aninic pops very well). as of grow for sps I'm not sure cus I run MH & VHO also.

i use the geissman bulbs myself I like the bulbs so does my corals. But I can't say there the best becuase it's the only ones I've tried.

i had the 36" TX5 on my 50 breeder before i went MH...
i had all geiseman bulbs.....my sps frags were doing fairly well....(im also new to sps)
but ATI bulbs has the highest par right now and the UVL super actinics are the strongest for actinics...

check out the biiiiig T5 thread on RC and u'll be there for days trying to go through the pages.....great info from grimreefer

i used the giesmann 11k's and antic plus when i had my tek t5 retro's and had great sps growth
