Anyone used frags.org?

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with frags.org? It looks like a neat system, something we had hoped to eventually build on this site.

Do you think there would be interest for a system like this for locals, or would it be better to just go along with what they are already offering?

I used it once, or almost as I didn't finish the transactions as the guy pulled a fast one on me. After agreeing on a price he then told me that he had another offer and it would be more if I wanted it. The biggest problem was not knowing the people and who you're dealing with.

It would probably work better for us, as most people here know each other and you can count on them.
