Pumpless Tank

Since no 1 wants my 6 gallon nano and I am an addict for a new saltwater project, I am starting a long pondered idea on accomplishing a pumpless tank. Some will think its a stupid or a unmanageable idea but I have to try for myself.
All water circulation will be done with gravity. The only electricity used will be the heater (and the lights(maybe) actinics or moon.)...

Livestock Planed:
------------------
Live sand
Live rock
Inverts:Sexxy shrimp (or pistol), cucumber, sea star, feather dusters, sponges, micro algae(in main display), etc.
1 or 2 nano fish...(still deciding)

Maintance:
----------
Weekly water change 1 gallon.
No additional additives.

Feedings:
---------
1nce a week either crush brine or crushed frozen dried shrimp.

I tried this with 2 12gal jbj's and it worked fine until the filter pad started to get clogged.. 1 on each side of the room 12 feet apart... It can work if checked every 12hours and filter media rinsed daily...

sorry, but 2 tanks in 1 room is too much. I believe its very manageable within 1 tank...

I have been thinking about this for a while now. I cannot see how you can have a PUMPLESS tank.

If you only have one tank, with no pumps, and nothing moving, water will find its leve point and then settle there in all tanks at the same EXACT level. So you need some sort of mechanical pump to move the water.

Maybe a hermit crab in a "hamster wheel" that will move the water?

If you can do this, then you should get ready to be rich, that you can defy gravity.
