Anyone who wants to assist with set up, there are three time that are best

Saturday 3-6 and 6-9 (ish)

Sunday 8am.

Just reply here and call so we know where you are.

I'd like to send a big fat THANK YOU to the folks that did come by today to help out Alvin (Noodleman) you were great...along with Leslie, Lissa, Mike Marrone, Patrick, Tony & of course Jim & Josh.

Looking forward to working with the Sunday morning crew to finish off the rest of the details

The room is great, the couches look comfy, Dr. Mac is all loaded out and not a one of us didn't stand there drooling over his corals... this is going to be one heck of a swap!
