if u search for this skimmer in our search engine, u will find the answer.

If u buy it, u will still buy another skimmer later on, that will actually skimmer ur water not circulate it...

Try going with a brand name. Search the skimmer thread made by "jackson". http://www.manhattanreefs.com/forum/general-discussion/8625-skimmer-thread.html

Here u will find all the pics of how the skimmer that we run work.

Both the seaclone and the odyssea are budget skimmers that will not stand up to the bioload most people have in their tanks. if you have a 10gal tank with one fish you only feed once a week then these would probably do the job - I use a seaclone on my 10Gal quarantine tank and it does the job fine. But I'm sure even if that is all have now there will come a time in the not too distant future where you'll want to add a couple more things and before you know it your budget skimmer just isnt cutting it any more. I'm sure some people on this board could make some recommendations if you post the size of you system and what you have or plan to keep in it. Also give a price range and weather or not you need it hang on, in sump etc. A lot of people will tell you to buy a $1000 skimmer, but some more intelligent fellow reefer will steer you in the right direction.

i only have a 20 gallon saltwater tank with Live sand, Aragonite, 35lbs of live rock, and 3 emerald crabs i got at the frag swap yesterday. I will get one fish but nothing more than that. I will eventually get a huge set up on the future.......years to come..........but for now a 20 gallon. My 55 gallon is full of RBP's and im not getting rid of those.
