started the tank witharag-live and water ,yesterday circuit breaker trip found the problem was a heater visi-therm stealth had 2 in the tank one went bad ,the problem is that have a burnt smell from the tank before i go ahead with liverock is the smell a problem with going ahead or should i do something to to remove the smell

Try a poly-filter just to be sure....
