Fish only lighting in 110 Gallon

Hi all,

Was looking for suggestions on Light on a high 110 48X18X30. There are so many choices for the reef tanks but what would you recomend for a FO? My local fish guy has a recommended this model http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_viewitem.aspx?idproduct=CU01126 which is surprising cause he usually goes very high end.

I recently went from reef to a fowlr. I wanted lighting that would bring the colors out in the fish but not run electricity as much as a MH fixture. And regular flouresent doesnt penetrate the water enought to do this. So my 2 final choiced were t5 like the one you have listed or the vho fixture.

I feel the vho actinic is the best actinic bulb out and would bring out the colors the best so I ended up ordering this one http ://www.aquacave.com/detail.aspx?ID=1528
its gonna run at like 320 watts hr. so im just gonna keep it on for 3-5 hrs a day and use regular flouresents for additional 5 or so.
