Do you feel it's necessary to rinse frozen fish foods thru brine shrimp nets? From what I understand some contain some nasty stuff like super high phosphates tho Hikari is pretty safe as well as some other that make claim. Does that mean that the fish goo I got from the last reefer cookout is polluting my tank?

how do you rinse off mysis?
Do you put it in a net and run tap water over it? Until it becomes unfrozen?
I always notice the cloudy-ness that come from my feeding mysis, is that bad(I am reffering to the group buy mysis from frag swap)

Almost got it. Rinse is with RO or Distilled water.

Tap Water is bad for a reef system.
