That Fish Place

Went to Pa today to check out the store and it was worth the trip.It's huge like a warehouse and the prices are crazy low!Bought some tank stuff and a moon coral about 5" on sale for 47.00 with tax included.Can't say I'm going often,it's a long trip from NY.Yeah,you have to take a number to get served like a meat market.:smile:

lol . one time i was over there with my friend wilrock and i just striaght tell the lady hi come over hear for a sec. i want this right here and there was a guy next to me holdin his ticket and im tellin this lady to serve me first. lol yo that guy looked scared man when he saw me lookin like some bx cat. any ways get ur tickeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeets.

besides the size, I wasnt very impressed. MR vendors had better price on live stock too. I shot over there when I took my kids to dutch wonder land.

The thing that impresses me about them they agreed to a sponsorship trial here at MR when other places that we spend lots of money at (who will remain only initials MD F&S) told us to go scratch. But we buy from those places all the time without question.

I went there about 2 years ago & wasn't impressed with the health of their fish or corals but their invert/cleanup crew section was very good. They have a tremendous drygoods area & the prices can't be beat. Possibly they have improved on the quality of their livestock since then. They also have a nice reptile & bird section. It's like the Costco/Sams Club of the pet world & its worth the trip just to see the place.

They had this 700g tank with tons of live rock covered in Hair algae and this 2 foot finger leather,at least two feet.Only one unicorn tang but they said that it was damaged and they're getting a replacement for it.Imagine the tearing down of such a monster tank and re-acclimating the live stock.

i order dry goods from there all the time. Their service is excellent and the deliveries are prompt. I ordered some stuff on 12/20 and got it on 12/24 and that was regular shipping. They also match prices which is nice. Also, checkout the clearance section. There are some good deals there. I have yet to buy livestock from. I need to make a trip there.
