I got these tunicates (at least, that's what I think they are) as hitchhikers from GA. I thought they were dead with all of the moving around and removing from water I did, but they seem back and better than ever now - and there seems to be at least three of them.

Wow, JH, that's a cool one.

Any thoughts on whether I can gently brush off the ones in my tank? I'd like to try to get a better pic of the blue striping.

Also - how do tunicates reproduce? I'm not sure if I had three of them to start or if they are multiplying.

asexual reproduction, by vegetative means (budding/spreading over substrate like zoas), and also by unisex/hermaproditic spawning. Like worms they have both sex organs and can spawn off fertilized larvae.
