Yellow spot on sand...

Ok, in a nano tank that I am cycLing (3rd week with marco and less than 2 hrs of light a day) there is a yellow spot on the sand. So I kinda stirred it and it went away. Two days later, it reappears in the exact same spot.

What is it? Any ideas?

I was thinking what killer wrote...how long have you been in the hobby Don? Stop spending soo much time on your boat lol and calculating how long til boat season. Chances are its diatoms :yo:

PS. It's part of cycling, member you know when your tank CYCLES
