Mud???

Nope i use live sand and live rock rubble in fuge.with some macro of course.

I had rock in there along with Cheato but got dirty in a hurry so I removed the rock and left it bare with just algae.

I used to use Miracle Mud for my Ecosystem sump/fuge. Now I am using regular play sand. Didn't notice any difference.

The question should be;Would I have to worry about cleaning up this crap too?Will it benefit my system?

Cleaning up the Mud was a pain in the bud for me...
I don't want to go through that again. I would just stick with deep sand.

Yeah but wouldn't that get dirty too?
