Anyone have any experience with JBJ warranties?

I got a chiller from them which is now having problems after 5 months. It is within the warranty and I have emailed them 3 times over 2 weeks with no reply. Their warranty only lasts 6 months and I'm afraid if I don't get in touch with them, they will not honor the warranty. If anyone has any contact information beyond their website I'd appreciate it.

On a related note, does anyone here know anything about chillers and might be able to help diagnose and fix my chiller. It's become louder and it sounds like the compressor is having problems.

Sorry I can't find the number Waltercat. I would suggest you get intouch with someone where you bought it. I did call JBJ once on a warranty, and they were great. They sent me out a new replacement, of course the item was only $45.

I had mega problem with jbj they honor the warentes buy hit me with over price shipping they charged me $100 to ship a hood to replace the one that cracked. they told me there would be a small charge around $30 to ship it then i got the bill and disputed the charge they claimed that the person on the phone never said $30 i would have never wanted to pay $100 I could have fixed it. as far as I concerned I will never buy anything that is from JBJ
