Open 25 Gallon Tank

I just cleaned out my 25 gallon oceanic tank. It has a hang on bio wheel filter as well as some canister filters i bought for attachments - no skimmer. I also have a heater and basic lighting. does anyone have any ideas on what to do with the open tank? i am open to anything from a fowlr to a fish only to reptiles. Thanks.

You sure that's 25 gallons? My 26 bowfront is 24W x 21H x 15D (at the bow)

Maybe you can do a terrarium or small vivarium with those colorful poisonous frogs.

thats about it give or take a hf inch. i measured it with a ruler so it may b a little off

I was thinking maybe a seahorse tank? could i get away with having no skimmer w/ only a biowheel w/carbon and frequent water changes? if i have to i could take some canister filters from my 75.

I think the finished product will have some LR, tank bred seahorses from liveaquaria, a mated pair of perculas, and a diamond goby. Any objections? Will i be able to get away with no skimmer?

Seahorses dont really get along with anything but themselves and pipefish

Get rid of the canisters and stuff, replace them with a skimmer, and LR

Because your measurements were very far off from each other. Plus, the first measurement wasn't believably an eye measurement because you gave fractions.

Pics are the only way to redeem yourself. No, pics of you holding the tank with one hand & your driver's license in the other, while standing in front of your house receiving mail from the mailman

i was thinking of starting a soft coral/mushroom nano reef. I would have to upgrade the light. If i get a 24" light with 130 watts of light will i be able to keep some soft corals and mushrooms? Attached is a link of the light its the 24"
