I have been finding small star fish in my tank they look like sand sifter star I have not had one in the tank for a very long time they hide in the zoos i find them on the glass not sure if they are dooing any harm they about as big as this line ___ not sure if they are eating the zoos or hiding has anyone seen them in their tank???:tongueani

asterina star maybe?... pics would help.. and if theyve been hiding in your zoo's you might wanna count your zoo's... asterina stars are debated on if they are or arent reef safe ... sounds like theyve been eating ur zoo's to me

I have miny serpant/brittle stars all over the place...they look like sand sifting stars(in coloration only) and are very small and very thin...they are ok as far as ive been told/have seen/have read

i have hundreds in my 180.have mostly sps.dont bother them.one time i had star polops that they were going on and they were gone in a week keep an eye on your zoos those stars mutiply fast.
