anyone know where is a good place to go fishing in Long island?
either way using a boat or just at the beach.

I normally go to captree, but if you want to do the surf, i think field 1 or 2 is good, if i recall correctly.

if you wait a couple more weeks the stripers will be moving up the coast and you can flyfish for them.

I'm heading out saturday morning for a week of malin and tuna fishing. Woohoo for me.
